This is a remote position.

Role Name: QuickBooks Certified Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant

Schedule:

  • 40 hours/week, US Eastern Time business hours

  • Work Schedule: MONDAY THRU FRIDAY 9 TO 5 EASTERN TIME


Client Timezone: US Eastern Time (EST)

Scope:

  • 40 hours per week

  • Direct reporting to business owner

  • Supporting multiple business entities and development projects

  • Remote position with regular communication requirements

  • Combination of bookkeeping (primary) and administrative (secondary) duties

  • Performance measured by task completion and accuracy

  • Regular availability during US Eastern Time business hours

Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookkeeping functions across multiple business entities

  • Process and reconcile financial transactions in QuickBooks

  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable

  • Maintain accurate financial records for property development projects

  • Assist with administrative tasks when not focused on bookkeeping duties

  • Provide regular updates and reports on work progress

  • Support general business operations as needed

  • Follow established deadlines and timeframes for task completion


Requirements
:

  • QuickBooks certification (mandatory)

  • Excellent English communication skills with neutral accent
