This is a remote position.

Role Name: Debt Validation Sales Representative

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5pm PST with 1 hour lunch and two 15 minute breaks unpaid.

Job Description

Take your sales career to the next level as a Debt Validation Sales Representative, working with qualified leads in a high-reward environment. You’ll be handling premium leads ($25 per lead) and guiding prospects through our established debt validation program. This role offers an attractive compensation package including $8/hour base pay plus a generous 16% commission structure with NO commission sharing - meaning you keep 100% of your earned commissions. You’ll be part of a professional remote sales operation where your experience and closing abilities directly impact your earning potential.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from pre-qualified prospects seeking debt relief solutions
  • Conduct thorough financial consultations to understand client debt situations
  • Present our debt validation program benefits and solutions professionally
  • Guide qualified prospects through the complete enrollment process
  • Process required documentation and establishing payment arrangements
  • Maintain high ethical standards while achieving sales targets
  • Manage approximately 100 calls daily with high-value prospects
  • Track and report on sales activities and conversion metrics
Requirements
  • Proven debt validation sales experience required
  • Demonstrated track record of successful sales closing in financial services
  • Located in Latin America with ability to work US business hours
  • Native-level English proficiency with clear communication skills
  • Strong phone presence and professional demeanor
  • Experience handling sensitive financial discussions with empathy
  • Proven ability to maintain high conversion rates
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
