We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our reach within the medical community.
Position Overview
This role combines enterprise sales, partnership strategy, and public-sector engagement. The Enterprise Sales Representative will lead high-value sales efforts across healthcare networks including hospitals, build strategic alliances with partners, and act as Mikata Health’s primary point of contact for hospitals, government agencies, healthcare associations, and regulatory organizations. This role requires a deep understanding of both the healthcare system and public procurement processes. Experience in hospital sale negotiation required.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales & Strategic Growth
Source, develop, and close enterprise-level deals with healthcare organizations, hospital networks, and corporate clients
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contracting, with detailed management in HubSpot CRM
Deliver tailored demos and strategic presentations to executive stakeholders
Find and assist with request for proposals and manage complex procurement workflows
Partnership & Ecosystem Development
Cultivate alliances with complementary businesses and platforms, hospital networks, referral networks, and legal/medical ecosystems
Drive co-branded initiatives, joint ventures, or integration partnerships that support scalable growth
Act as a strategic collaborator with partner teams on marketing, implementation, and cross-selling strategies
Government & Organizational Liaison
Serve as Mikata Health’s representative to hospital networks, government agencies, healthcare regulators, and public-sector stakeholders
Identify and pursue funding opportunities, pilot programs, or public tenders relevant to Mikata’s solutions
Develop and maintain relationships with hospital networks, healthcare associations, medical boards, and industry working groups
Track policy developments and advocate for Mikata’s offerings in alignment with public health goals
Market Strategy & Collaboration
Stay informed about national healthcare trends, policy changes, funding opportunities and regulatory dynamics
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings to public-sector needs and organizational buying cycles
Provide timely updates and insights to the SVP Sales and Marketing, contributing to go-to-market strategy
Core Competencies
Enterprise Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success closing large-scale B2B or public-sector deals
Partnership Development: Ability to create value through collaborative relationships and channel strategies
Public Sector Engagement: Experience working with government bodies, health ministries, or associations
Strategic Communication: Strong executive presence, negotiation skills, and public speaking ability
CRM Mastery: Comfortable with pipeline and performance tracking via HubSpot or similar
Autonomy & Drive: Self-starter with the ability to prioritize across long sales cycles and shifting priorities
Travel Preparedness: Willing to travel across Canada for meetings, conferences, and partnership development
