Tasks Advising and supporting customers by phone, email and chat Order processing in the e-commerce system Processing returns Processing complaints System and data maintenance Support sales Requirements Fluent in French (C2) and English (C1). Minimum 1 year of customer support and sales experience. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Experience in managing high-value customer interactions. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
