Job description

 As a full-time Sales Operations Lead you will be a critical driver of efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability across the go-to-market teams. This role blends operational rigor with analytical insight and CRM system expertise to support sales growth, improve customer engagement, and optimize internal processes.

You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Support to ensure alignment across the full customer lifecycle. You will lead the improvement of sales systems and processes, manage CRM data and reporting, and drive continuous improvement through insights and automation. The successful candidate is proactive, collaborative, solution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, global matrix environment.

You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Support to ensure alignment across the full customer lifecycle. You will lead the improvement of sales systems and processes, manage CRM data and reporting, and drive continuous improvement through insights and automation. Sales Operations & Administration

  • Support the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of core sales operations, including documentation, pipeline hygiene, and process consistency.
  • Assist with onboarding new sales team members and maintain training materials, sales playbooks, and enablement resources.
  • Contribute to the preparation of proposals and quotes by working with cross-functional teams to align on customer requirements and commercial terms, while managing an RFP calendar to ensure measured, timely, and coordinated responses.
  • Track key sales metrics and prepare regular reports to help monitor team performance and identify trends.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to support lead handoffs, improve coordination, and maintain smooth customer lifecycle transitions.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and product pricing in SAP, coordinating updates with Finance and Commercial teams.
  • Help manage and organize sales contracts (e.g., MCAs, SOWs, rebate agreements) and ensure the relevant departments are informed of updates.
  • Manage the Sales team’s BOX folder structure, ensuring files are clearly organized, consistently named, and regularly maintained for accuracy and accessibility.

CRM & Sales Technology

  • Support the adoption and ongoing use of Salesforce and other Lead Generation Tools including basic customization, data entry standards, and user support.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining CRM workflows, automated processes, and email templates to support sales and marketing activities.
  • Monitor CRM data accuracy and help troubleshoot issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Support training efforts to improve adoption and consistent use of sales tools across the team.

Sales Reporting & Insights

  • Assist with forecasting input and the preparation of monthly and quarterly sales performance reports.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into sales activities, performance metrics, and pipeline health.
  • Own the quarterly reporting for sales contests, tracking performance against contest goals and preparing summaries for both quarterly and annual recognition.
  • Help identify areas for process improvement or automation based on trends and performance data.
  • Support the preparation of presentation materials and data summaries for monthly internal meetings

βœ…  Demonstrated success in optimizing revenue processes and driving business growth.
βœ…  Ability to align global, cross-functional teams and deliver impactful solutions.
βœ…  Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively articulating ideas and strategies to a variety of audiences.
βœ…  Ability to take initiative and work independently
