Job Description

Step into an exciting role where you’ll be instrumental in driving the solar energy revolution forward. As a Pipeline Management Assistant, you’ll be the vital link between customers and our solar installation teams, ensuring smooth project progression from initial consultation to final installation. This position offers a unique blend of customer service excellence and project management, allowing you to develop valuable skills while contributing to environmental sustainability. You’ll work with cutting-edge systems and tools while helping homeowners transition to clean, renewable energy solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Guide solar installation projects through various stages of completion, ensuring smooth progression and timely delivery
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and gathering necessary information to advance projects
  • Manage and update project pipeline status using specialized software systems
  • Make outbound calls to customers using provided US-based phone system to collect information and coordinate project details
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and text, providing professional and informed responses
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project milestones are met and documented
  • Process and organize project documentation to maintain accurate records
  • Identify and resolve potential bottlenecks in the project pipeline
  • Support additional administrative tasks to ensure efficient project flow
Requirements
