Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research on potential client companies using LinkedIn and other professional networks
Maintain and expand contact databases in Google Docs, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility
Verify and update company information, including names, websites, and email addresses
Identify and add new prospects to existing contact lists, fueling business development efforts
Support lead generation by providing well-researched, organized information to the executive team
Create and design corporate LinkedIn social media posts using Canva to enhance the firm’s visibility and engagement
Requirements
Proven expertise in using LinkedIn as a powerful research tool
Strong proficiency in Google Docs for data entry, organization, and basic analysis
Expertise in Canva to create professional and engaging corporate social media posts
Experience with automated outreach tools, outreach.io, Apollo.io, salesloft or other similar platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in both research and content creation
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
Familiarity with the executive recruiting or the staffing industry (direct hire) is strongly preferred
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
