Job description

This is a remote position.

NOTE: This job post is open to Philippine residents only.


Schedule:
  • Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Ontario, Canada, Eastern Time (wit a 30-minute paid break)

A Health clinic providing Psychiatric and Psychological Assessment services and treatments.

 


Job Responsibilities:


The Care Team Support will play a crucial role in our administrative operations, focusing on efficiently processing calls, faxes, emails, and other administrative tasks. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.

 

● Receive and process incoming calls, faxes, emails, and other electronic communications promptly and accurately

● Maintain organized records and documentation of all correspondence and administrative tasks
● Assist with data entry and documentation tasks as needed
● Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks and support ongoing clinic operations
● Participate in training sessions to become proficient in specific systems and software used by the clinic
● Provide exceptional customer service to internal team members and external stakeholders


Requirements

● Medical experience or background is a requirement. Should have a strong billing experience

● Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is preferred

● Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

● Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

● Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping

● Reliable internet connection and home office setup conducive to remote work



As this is work from home, you need your own computer and internet to support calls and video call/meetings.
