Job Responsibilities:
The Care Team Support will play a crucial role in our administrative operations, focusing on efficiently processing calls, faxes, emails, and other administrative tasks. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
● Receive and process incoming calls, faxes, emails, and other electronic communications promptly and accurately
● Medical experience or background is a requirement. Should have a strong billing experience
● Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is preferred
● Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
● Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
● Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
● Reliable internet connection and home office setup conducive to remote work
As this is work from home, you need your own computer and internet to support calls and video call/meetings.
