Job description

Your Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our People Team for a Praktikum placement. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of HR, including HR systems, employee lifecycle management, recruitment, and strategic people initiatives. You’ll work closely with a small and passionate team - driving to shape an engaging and high-performing employee experience across our global team.

Key Responsibilities include: 

HR Systems & Data:

  • Support the maintenance and accuracy of employee data in the HRIS

  • Assist with reporting and data audits to ensure compliance and data integrity

  • Help optimize and document HR system processes and workflows

Employee Lifecycle Support:

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes (contracts, documentation, induction)

  • Support lifecycle events such as promotions, probation reviews, and exits

  • Help coordinate employee changes and update records accordingly

Recruitment:

  • Post job advertisements and support candidate tracking through our ATS

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communication

  • Help manage pre-employment checks and onboarding documentation

People Initiatives:

  • Contribute to engagement and culture-related projects (e.g., surveys, events, company forums)

  • Support HR communications and internal updates

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to learning & development or performance reviews

What you need to succeed
  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field

  • Interest in HR operations, systems, and people processes

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative mindset

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills (Fluent English and German)

  • Comfortable working with confidential information and maintaining discretion
