Job description

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, between 7am-10am and 5pm-8pm, and Saturday, 9am-1pm, willing to work Eastern Standard and Central Standard Time.

Client Timezone: US Eastern Time (EST)  Philadelphia, PA 19107, USA

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to provided lead lists to set appointments for insurance consultations
  • Pre-qualify prospects for various insurance products including mortgage protection, IULs, and final expense coverage
  • Schedule appointments according to the agent's availability calendar
  • Track and manage lead status in provided systems
  • Meet weekly appointment setting targets (10-15 appointments per week)
  • Document call outcomes and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate with the agent regarding appointment scheduling and lead status

  • Comfortable with technology and ability to use provided calling systems
  • Professional phone manner and excellent English language skills
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
  • Availability to work US Eastern Time Zone hours

Scope:

  • Part-time position (minimum 20- 30 hours per week)
  • Initially temporary with potential for permanent position
  • Commission structure of 25-30% per closed deal
