Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: 
  • 40 hours per week
  • Tuesday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EDT (Trois-Rivières, QC G8T 1G2, Canada)
  • Includes 30 minutes paid break
  • Commissions will be provided for hitting targets

Responsibilities
  • Conduct professional outbound calls to business decision-makers across Canada
  • Identify and qualify potential client companies seeking staffing solutions
  • Schedule and manage consultation appointments using our advanced booking system
  • Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions in our CRM
  • Achieve monthly appointment setting targets while maintaining high quality standards
  • Collaborate with immigration specialists to ensure smooth hand offs
  • Track and report on key performance metrics
  • Participate in regular team meetings and performance reviews
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B appointment setting or sales experience
  • Strong English communication skills required
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
