• Support real estate due diligence reporting.
• Research properties (zoning, utilities, etc.) using online resources.
• Complete reports using provided instructions.
• Organize research data in Google Docs and Sheets.
• Build and maintain project management workflows in Asana.
• Create task templates in Asana.
• Communicate updates via Slack.
• Organize digital files in Google Drive.
• Identify and report missing or conflicting data.
