Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

Were looking for a Marketing Content & Campaign Lead to own and execute day-to-day marketing efforts, primarily across Twitter and LinkedIn, with the potential to evolve into a strategic leadership role. This role blends content creation, campaign execution, AI-assisted writing, and influencer support. You'll lead with execution and creativity, working independently to craft content that resonates, supports brand growth, and helps scale a digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and publish compelling content for the companys Twitter and LinkedIn channels.
  • Develop case studies and storytelling content highlighting client and talent success.
  • Draft and edit website content and landing pages as needed.
  • Support influencer outreach and partnership campaign development.
  • Leverage ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools to brainstorm, draft, and enhance content.
  • Track performance metrics across platforms and iterate content based on engagement data.
  • Build and document scalable content workflows and campaign processes.


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or digital campaigns.
  • Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills, especially for B2B audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience running brand accounts on Twitter and LinkedIn.
  • Strong ability to operate independently and manage multiple content streams.
  • Practical, working-level fluency with ChatGPT and Claude for content generation.
  • Excellent command of written English.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with podcast or video content production (short- or long-form).
  • Understanding of newer content channels like TikTok.
  • Background in startups or agile teams.
  • Experience coordinating creative freelancers or vendors.
