Strong communication skills — verbal and written (this role requires coordination across Sales and Marketing)
Basic project management skills — ability to manage multiple small tasks and keep campaigns running on schedule
Good understanding of business communication, email marketing tools, CRM systems (ex: Hubspot, Salesforce)
Ownership mindset — ability to work independently, stay organized, and push initiatives forward without daily oversight
Bonus: Prior exposure to working in Marketing, Sales, or Operations teams (even internships or projects)
Responsibilities
Assist the Field Marketing team in executing webinars, virtual events, and outbound campaigns
Coordinate campaign logistics — follow-up with MDRs/AEs, update campaign trackers, monitor lead SLAs
Support in building reports, analyzing lead conversion metrics, and preparing basic campaign summaries
Help drive operational tasks such as campaign QA checks, lead list management, follow-up email drafts
