Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to listen to recorded in-home sales presentations and make sure our team is following the correct process. You’ll use a simple report form to rate each call and note anything that’s missing or done well.

Listen to recordings of in-home sales calls
Check that the sales rep followed our script and process
Fill out a report form for each call
Flag any major issues or missing steps
Submit completed reports to the sales manager

This is a remote, part-time position with flexible hours. You’ll work from home and listen to calls on your own schedule, as long as reports are submitted on time.
