Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Title: Paid Ads Specialist

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time (1-hour unpaid break)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with paid search and social ads (Google, Meta, and other relevant networks), a deep understanding of ad performance metrics, and the ability to translate business goals into effective ad strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and others

  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis

  • Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers to produce effective creatives

  • Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust targeting, bids, and budgets to improve ROI

  • Track and report on KPIs such as CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates

  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting strategies

  • Create and maintain detailed campaign performance reports and dashboards

  • Stay current on platform updates, digital trends, and best practices in paid advertising

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns

  • Proven success with Google Ads and Meta Ads (certifications a plus)

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions

  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously

  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for campaign reporting and analysis

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with eCommerce or lead generation ad strategies

  • Familiarity with other ad platforms such as TikTok, Amazon, or Pinterest

  • Experience with retargeting campaigns and funnel-based strategies

  • Understanding of UTM parameters and attribution models
