Responsibilities

Execute full-cycle bookkeeping using Xero accounting software
Process and manage accounts payable and receivable across multiple business entities
Handle invoice processing and documentation through Hubdoc
Create and monitor purchase orders within the system
Generate and distribute sales invoices with proactive payment follow-up
Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
Develop weekly cash flow forecasts for business planning
Prepare organized payment lists for weekly processing
Track and update payment statuses in real-time
Maintain detailed financial records for multiple business divisions
