Key Responsibilities:

Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation
Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions
Handle payroll efficiently and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Collaborate with the accounting team to support audit preparations and financial reviews
Keep current with financial policies, regulations, and industry legislation
Requirements
Proven experience in a bookkeeping role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such asXero
Strong mathematical and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion
Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
