This is a remote position.

Job Details:
40 hours per week
Monday to Friday
9 AM to 6PM ET
1 hour unpaid break

Job description:
We are seeking an Events Manager who will be handling at least 3 medium-sized live events annually, and at least half a dozen virtual events. This kind of work requires the ability to organize, plan, schedule and foresee and head off problems. This includes leading the processes, platforms and tools needed to deliver the requirements of each event we promote.

Responsibilities:

Event Coordination
  • Coordinate, setup and onboard doctors/local team of the event
  • Ensure lead up, during and post event tasks and processes are followed by the local team
  • Answer queries, provide support, trouble shoot issues and information as needed
  • Being hands on and stepping in where needed when gaps and challenges come up

Event Platform Management
  • Update and maintain data for each event either through excel or CRM
  • Expire events from the previous week on the website
  • Send event reminders to doctor's local teams through email, text, etc.
  • Setup event surveys for local teams to send post event
  • Weekly website updates, changes and update of custom events
  • Maintain data including setup, changes and off boarding across databases and the website

Operations Management Support
  • Manage required location reporting
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for change
  • Support the delivery of ways to save costs, optimize processes, and improve local team's effectiveness
  • Implement improvements, maintain best practices, ensuring quality measures to deliver the best experience for everyone involved
  • Ensuring all email enquiries are responded to or forwarded as appropriate
  • Internal administrative task support i.e. file management, invites etc.

Requirements
  • 3+ years in a similar role, likely either as an event manager or project manager
  • Previous experience completing similar digital marketing and platform tasks
  • Must be extremely well organized to manage multiple deadlines and tasks
  • Essential to have good attention, process driven and a problem solver
  • Solid communication, able to write and speak English fluently
  • Can manage and work with senior stakeholders
  • Understanding of business and commercial numbers and concepts to run events to operational budgets, forecasts and for growth
  • Experience using the most common workplace and operational platforms. This role would use Slack, Canva, Google Suite, Monday.com, Zoom, Xero,
  • Snowflake, Airtable, Stripe, LinkedIn, and Eventbrite or equivalent
  • Tech savvy and proficient, so able to take on and learn similar platforms easily
