20 hours per week, Flexible during California business hours

Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain calendar scheduling for sales meetings
Confirm scheduled appointments and ensure attendee participation
Qualify prospects within the CRM system
Conduct outbound calls to reactivate aged leads
Clean and maintain sales pipeline data
Coordinate with sales team to ensure smooth meeting operations
Perform pre-call confirmation and qualification
Experience in appointment setting or sales development
Mortgage or real estate industry experience (preferred but not required)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience with CRM systems and calendar management
Professional phone manner and customer service orientation
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
