Procurify is looking for an outgoing, and data focused person who is passionate about end to end customer experience.

You will be available for a 3 month co-op program placement to gain experience prior to completing your education.
What you’ll be working on
Customer Collections (Finance):
Support the Finance team with customer account follow-ups and collections outreach.
Prepare and send payment reminders to clients and follow up on outstanding invoices.
Maintain accurate records of customer communications and payment statuses in the ERP or CRM system.
Assist with reconciliations and aging reports to identify collection priorities.
Help analyze collection trends and prepare weekly updates for the Finance leadership team.
Revenue Operations (Data Cleansing):
Review and clean customer and transaction data in Salesforce and/or billing systems.
Identify and correct duplicate records, inconsistent data entries, and missing fields.
Support data integrity checks to ensure accurate reporting and revenue attribution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate data for reporting accuracy and operational planning.
Document data hygiene practices and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Who we’re looking for:
Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program. Pursuing a degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to interpret data, identify discrepancies, and assist with reconciliations and reporting accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Comfortable using formulas, pivot tables, and data cleaning tools to manage financial and operational data.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Capable of working independently or in a team, with strong attention to detail and time management skills when handling collections tasks or process documentation.
