ORGANIZATION

YOUR ROLE
  • You support two HR Business Partners in the daily coordination of Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development activities.

  • You prepare and help deliver events such as job fairs and internal trainings, handling everything from logistics to follow-up.

  • You create clear and attractive communication materials, both written and visual.

  • You liaise proactively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless execution of all HR initiatives.

  • You take ownership of planning, invitations and registrations for training sessions.

  • You contribute to a high-quality candidate experience, especially in the context of campus and early-career recruitment.
