2000 USD / month base, with strong potential for performance-based raises and commissions within the first 12 months

Work Schedule:

Position Overview:

Were looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Associate to support the operational and client success side of our sponsorship program. This role is designed as a stepping stone into a full client-facing sponsorship sales position within 12 months for top performers. You'll be instrumental in ensuring that sponsors receive a premium, seamless experience from onboarding through renewal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all sales administration and sponsor follow-ups (proposals, CRM updates, invoices).
  • Lead the sponsor onboarding process, delivering a VIP experience from day one.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM (ClickUp) with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Create compelling proposals using Ignition to convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Coordinate sponsor ad asset collection and approvals to meet publishing deadlines.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, demonstrating clear ROI to sponsors.
  • Proactively support rebookings, upsells, and renewal opportunities.
  • Participate actively in sponsor meetings and outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Monitor competitor sponsor activity and propose new opportunities or improvements.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to build automations and refine internal processes.
  • Help maintain internal sales documentation (sales bible) and share updates at team meetings.


Qualifications:

  • Degree-level education preferred (MBA a plus but not required for exceptional candidates).
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in sales operations, client success, or administrative roles.
  • Fanatical attention to detail and expert-level organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to craft polished, professional emails.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRMs, proposal software, and automation tools.
  • Proactive problem-solver who anticipates issues before they arise.
  • Client-first mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and follow-through.
  • Passion for learning, growing, and taking on increasing ownership over time.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience using AI or automation tools to streamline workflows.
  • Familiarity with finance, media, or B2B sponsorship industries.
  • Previous experience in outbound sales or sponsorship success roles.
