Job Description:

• Arrange accommodations for live sporting events be it for local teams or professional.
• Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, day trips.
• Book reservations for hotel, flights, rental cars, special events and gatherings. 
• Receive ongoing trainings in order to stay inform for the best experience of ongoing and potential clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Determine customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs and payment plans.
• Work with 3rd parties including vendors, trip planners, event organizers, etc.
• Provide proper documentation to the clients such as, authorization forms, flights tickets, event tickets.
• Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during trips.
• Point of contact for clients before, during, and after day of sports event.

Requirements:

• Computer or smart phone required.
• Must be 18+ and coachable.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Decision making and problem-solving abilities.

• No experience necessary. Full training provided.
