Job Title: SEO PPC Consultant
Level: Consultant
Location: Remote – based in the UK or Ireland
Contract Type: Part-time
Salary: £25,000 FTE (or local equivalent)


Summary

We’re looking for a commercially minded SEO PPC Consultant to lead our digital efforts in attracting new clients and growing our brand presence. This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone with strong digital marketing experience and a proven ability to drive client growth in a professional services environment.

You’ll collaborate closely with our business development, sales and leadership teams to ensure every campaign is targeted, measurable and aligned with commercial goals.


Key Responsibilities
  • SEO Optimisation:
    Improve search engine visibility across our website and social media channels to boost organic traffic and generate leads.

  • Paid Advertising Campaigns:
    Plan, execute and optimise targeted paid campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn) designed to attract and convert new clients.

  • Content Creation:
    Design and publish high-quality digital content (ad copy, blog posts, landing pages, graphics) to support marketing campaigns and reinforce brand messaging.

  • Analytics & Reporting:
    Develop clear performance metrics and dashboards to track campaign outcomes, measure ROI and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Commercial Alignment:
    Work in close partnership with sales and business development teams to ensure all marketing activity supports priority sectors, key accounts and revenue targets.

Requirements
  • Based in the UK or Ireland

  • Relevant experience in the professional consulting or recruitment industry

  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and implementation

  • Hands-on experience with PPC advertising, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Advertising

  • Track record in successfully using digital marketing to support ​client acquisition

  • Proficient with Canva or similar tools for content design and campaign visuals

  • Data-driven, with a good grasp of tools like Google Analytics or other marketing performance platforms

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
