This is a remote position.

Role Name: Content Engagement Specialist

Schedule:

  • (40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts), Monday to Friday 5pm to 2am PST.

Job Description

We’re seeking articulate and sales-oriented Content Engagement Specialists to join an innovative digital content platform. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of member interaction, crafting engaging written communications that drive both member satisfaction and revenue growth. Responsibilities
  • Engage in professional written communication with platform members
  • Create compelling, personalized responses to member inquiries
  • Drive sales through strategic up-selling and engagement techniques
  • Manage multiple conversations while maintaining high response quality
  • Generate and maintain engaging content conversations
  • Process member requests efficiently and professionally
  • Participate in platform growth initiatives
  • Handle mature content conversations professionally and appropriately
  • Maintain accurate activity logs through our professional tracking system
  • Collaborate with team members for seamless 247 coverage
Requirements
  • Exceptional written English communication skills
  • Previous experience in content creation, customer service, or sales
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales through written communication
  • Professional comfort level with mature/adult content
  • Strong understanding of digital content platforms
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining team coordination
  • Flexible approach to scheduling within designated shifts
  • Professional demeanor and reliable work ethic
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Comfort with digital tracking and communication tools
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or content creation
