This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 20 hours/week
  • Fixed schedule: 9AM - 1PM Toronto, CA time

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic media sales team, where you’ll connect premium brands with an influential and affluent readership. You’ll leverage our established media presence to create meaningful partnerships with luxury brands and advertising agencies, helping them reach a highly targeted and valuable demographic. This role offers significant earning potential through a competitive base salary plus generous commission structure, allowing you to directly benefit from your success. You’ll have the creative freedom to develop your own authentic sales approach while working with premium marketing materials and established brand guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns to potential advertising clients
  • Build and nurture relationships with luxury brands and prestigious advertising agencies
  • Create compelling, personalized pitches using our professional media kit and brand materials
  • Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities to maximize revenue
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospect identification through deal closure
  • Track and report on sales pipeline and activities
  • Craft authentic, engaging communications that align with our premium brand voice
  • Contribute to the growth of our advertising partnership portfolio


Requirements

  • Proven experience in media sales, advertising sales, or luxury brand partnerships
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft compelling written and verbal presentations
  • Strong understanding of the luxury market and advertising landscape
  • Professional demeanor and polished presentation style
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience in remote work environments
  • Comfort with digital communication tools and sales tracking systems
  • Located in or able to work in Canadian time zone
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week during specified morning hours (9AM - 1PM ET)
  • Track record of building and maintaining client relationships
  • Understanding of diverse markets and multicultural marketing is highly valued
