40 hours a week
Mon - Fri 9 AM- 6 PM Texas time includes 1h unpaid break.



Job Description

As a Real Estate Appointment Setter, you’ll be the driving force behind our client’s ambitious growth strategy. You’ll engage with property owners across the US, from major portfolio holders to small business owners, to uncover potential acquisition opportunities. Using your communication skills and real estate knowledge, you’ll qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain invaluable experience in commercial real estate, hone your sales skills, and directly contribute to the expansion of a significant property portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct 100-200 daily outbound calls to property owners across the US
  • Identify and engage potential sellers of commercial and industrial properties
  • Qualify leads based on company criteria and owner interest
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified property owners
  • Maintain accurate records in Follow Up Boss CRM
  • Adapt communication style for various property owner types
  • Contribute to refining calling processes and scripts
  • Achieve daily and weekly appointment setting targets
  • Participate in performance reviews and coaching sessions


Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills, particularly over the phone
  • Experience in high-volume cold calling, preferably in real estate
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Follow Up Boss
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Resilience and positive attitude when facing rejections
  • Basic understanding of commercial and industrial real estate terms
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in the real estate industry
