Job Description

Take on an integral role in our client’s document processing operations, where you’ll be responsible for transforming technical field reports into polished, professional documents for high-profile clients. This position offers a stable, Monday-Friday schedule with consistent workflows and the opportunity to develop expertise in the property restoration industry. You’ll work with a modern tech stack including cloud-based forms and document management systems, while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and attention to detail. Responsibilities
  • Process and format technical inspection reports using Microsoft Word, maintaining consistent professional standards
  • Convert and optimize documents to PDF format, ensuring optimal file sizes for client delivery
  • Review and enhance document formatting, including layout corrections and content organization
  • Manage daily volume of 50-100 reports efficiently while maintaining quality standards
  • Ensure all sensitive property information is handled with appropriate confidentiality
  • Meet turnaround time targets while maintaining accuracy
  • Collaborate with field technicians and office staff to maintain smooth document workflow
  • Identify and implement process improvements for document handling procedures

Requirements
  • Proven proficiency with Microsoft Word and PDF editing software
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency in document formatting
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage high document volumes
