This is a remote position.

Schedule:

Full-time flexible schedule (Brisbane, Australia)

Key Responsibilities:

Outreach & Negotiation: Identify and contact potential partners, freelancers, service providers, and creators for various projects. This includes finding talent on platforms such as Dribbble, Reddit, and YouTube

Growth Hacking Support: Assist in the execution of unconventional growth campaigns for the client and other brands, primarily on platforms like Reddit and YouTube

Lead Tracking: Maintain detailed and organized records of leads, contact statuses, conversations, and outcomes using the provided tracking sheet

Campaign Coordination: Understand ongoing campaigns and align outreach efforts to meet specific campaign needs

Copywriting & Communication: Write persuasive and customized DMs, emails, and follow-up messages for prospects

Service Negotiation: Negotiate rates, timelines, and terms with creators, freelancers, and vendors to maximize value

Creative Problem-Solving: Develop unique solutions to execute unconventional tasks within budget and time constraints

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Completion of assigned outreach tasks per week (e.g., number of contacts made)
Conversion rate of negotiations closed or deals struck
Quality and creativity of outbound messages
Responsiveness and ability to turn around new campaigns quickly
Overall impact on campaign or growth goals

Requirements

Proven ability to negotiate persuasively and professionally
Excellent written communication skills for outbound messaging
Comfortable conducting manual outreach via email, Discord, LinkedIn, Reddit, Twitter, and other niche platforms
Solid understanding of technology, digital services, and social media culture
Highly organized with experience using spreadsheets, CRMs, or tracking sheets
Fast learner who can quickly adapt to changing tasks and campaign objectives
Ability to work with limited instruction and effectively manage oneself
