Job Description:

As our Paid Advertising Specialist, you’ll spearhead the expansion of an already successful e-commerce operation through data-driven paid advertising campaigns. You’ll have the unique opportunity to work directly with the business owner, managing both Google Ads and Meta advertising initiatives to capture new market segments. This role offers the perfect blend of analytical thinking and creative strategy, as you’ll be instrumental in scaling an established brand that has already proven its market fit through organic growth and subscription-based product success.


Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies across Google Ads and Meta platforms
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-potential search terms for both wellness services and product lines
  • Create and optimize campaign structures with strategic budget allocation across multiple platforms
  • Develop and maintain detailed performance tracking systems using analytics tools
  • Generate regular performance reports analyzing ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs
  • Provide strategic recommendations for campaign optimization and budget allocation
  • Collaborate directly with the business owner on strategy development and performance reviews
  • Integrate paid advertising initiatives with existing organic social media efforts
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain competitive advantage
  • Optimize landing pages and conversion paths in collaboration with the existing team


Requirements
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and optimization
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and campaign reporting tools
  • Experience with e-commerce advertising and conversion optimization
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM tools such as SEMrush
  • Excellent communication skills for strategy discussions and reporting
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication
  • Experience in wellness, retail, or related industries is a plus
  • Strong English language skills
  • Availability for 20 hours per week minimum
  • Ability to work in AEST timezone
