This is a remote position.

Role Name: Digital Marketing & Administrative Coordinator

Schedule:

  • 20 hours/week

  • Flexible scheduling in 4-hour blocks, New York time

Client Timezone: Eastern Time Zone (ET)

Responsibilities
  • Drive social media strategy and content management across multiple platforms

  • Coordinate and manage podcast production workflow, including episode uploads to Buzzsprout and promotional campaigns

  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns for podcast guest appearances and book promotion opportunities

  • Manage and organize email communications, ensuring timely responses and efficient inbox management

  • Support video content strategy by coordinating posting schedules and promotional activities

  • Assist with educational program administration and alumni community engagement

  • Create and implement promotional campaigns for books and educational initiatives

  • Coordinate project timelines and deadlines across multiple business initiatives

  • Develop and maintain organizational systems to improve operational efficiency



Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)

  • Strong proficiency in podcast management platforms, particularly Buzzsprout

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Experience with content management and digital promotion strategies

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

  • Comfortable with video content management and promotion

  • Interest in wellness, plant-based lifestyle, and personal development

  • Available during Eastern Time Zone business hours

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional discretion

  • Experience with or passion for wellness/health industry preferred
