Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday and Friday: 8AM to 12PM
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday: 8AM to 5PM (Includes 1 hour paid break)
  • Thursday: Rest day
  • Commissions will be provided for hitting targets

Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll leverage cutting-edge CRM technology to ensure swift, professional responses to customer inquiries, playing a crucial role in the organization’s growth. Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to incoming customer inquiries through digital channels including WhatsApp and social media platforms
  • Process and qualify new leads through the company’s advanced CRM system
  • Deliver prompt, professional responses to customer questions and information requests
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow-up requirements
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coverage during shift transitions
  • Execute established communication protocols while maintaining high service standards
  • Generate and track customer interaction reports using digital tools
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance service delivery
Requirements
  • Proven track record in digital customer support or lead management
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems and digital communication platforms
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple digital communication channels
  • Self-motivated with strong independent work ethics
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
  • Comfortable with video conferencing and digital collaboration tools (if needed)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
