Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Position Overview:

Were looking for a highly experienced SEO Specialist to lead local search performance initiatives for facilities across the U.S. This role combines both strategic and hands-on responsibilities in organic and paid acquisition, driving visibility, traffic, and conversions. The right candidate will be confident working independently, with a proven track record of successful campaigns across local and niche markets, ideally including sectors like logistics or short-term real estate rentals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute local SEO strategies for client facilities across multiple regions
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize site content and metadata, and build high-quality backlinks
  • Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns to support SEO goals
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics including traffic, rankings, and conversions
  • Present insights through dashboards and campaign performance visualizations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders via Slack and email

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including leadership on strategy development
  • Prior SEO work may include experience in real estate-related activities such as short-term rentals
  • Demonstrated success with local SEO and Google Ads campaign management
  • Strong portfolio showing measurable improvements in rankings and search visibility
  • Proficient with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to communicate strategy to non-experts


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in digital marketing outside of SEO (e.g., paid social or email campaigns)
  • Prior work in logistics, infrastructure, or short-term rental markets
  • Familiarity with technical tools like GitHub and VS Code
