We’re currently looking for a German-speaking Quality Rating Analyst to help raise the standard of digital advertising quality. Based remotely in one of our locations Italy, Spain, Romania, Germany, UK, Greece, Ireland or Argentina you’ll join a dynamic team of analysts, data scientists, and expert raters working on impactful projects for global tech giants.

What You’ll Do

- Analyze, review, and evaluate digital ads in German with a deep understanding of quality benchmarks.

- Set and uphold rating standards to support the training of AI models.

- Tackle complex, language-based tasks and provide guideline-aligned solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve user experiences.

- Native-level fluency in German (Germany) + excellent English skills.

- Residing in Italy, Spain, Romania, Germany, UK, Greece, Ireland, Argentina

- Familiarity with online search tools and content platforms.

- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.

- Able to sign NDA and standard agreements as required.
