Spotahome is looking for a Customer Experience Intern to join our Operations team. A hands-on and proactive person who is used to taking responsibility for reaching their team goals. The position will assist and support our CX agents in optimizing every touchpoint within the customer journey. You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative team learning all about the Customer Journey process and how to provide potential and existing customers with an exceptional experience.
You will also learn about the PropTech industry, work with different IT tools and ticketing systems and gain relevant experience in a fast paced, friendly open collaborative culture - we help one another win because of our united team vision.
What will you be doing?
Provide assistance to the Customer Experience team by contacting tenants through email and phone calls and reviewing the status of bookings alongside invoicing internally and with our users
Support the Customer Experience team in their success analysis by gathering insights on a customer’s journey through the platform, in order to help solve issues and push user recurrency
Train on handling client experience and disputement management skills
Learn how to use CRMs and ticketing systems and apply them to our customer experience workflow
Learn about the PropTech industry in all of our core markets and at an international level.
