Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Business Data Migration Expert for Finance to join our LDC ERP program. In this role, you will ensure the delivery of financial data according to global, deployment, and country requirements and timelines. You will be responsible for data migration activities above-country level for Finance-related data objects and act as the functional Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for assigned objects in each release.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and ensure timely completion of data cleansing tasks
Complete data collection for manual/construction objects
Collaborate with IT counterparts to prepare value mappings
Create and maintain master lists for assigned objects
Provide business insights to technical teams for data extraction and conversion from legacy systems
Work with IT teams and Business Data Owners to identify objects in scope
Ensure data readiness and verify data quality throughout the migration journey
Approve upload files before and after data loads
Perform manual data loads into target systems where applicable
Support dual maintenance processes
Execute and approve data verification scripts
Act as a SPoC for assigned objects as part of defect management during Hypercare

Key Performance Indicators

Completion of data cleansing activities for relevant objects according to project schedules
Successful completion of data loads within defined timelines
Resolution of major data quality issues as per project plans

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred

Languages:

Fluent English
Fluent Spanish

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in country and global roles
SAP project implementation experience required

Strong communication and negotiation skills
Effective stakeholder management
Strategic and hands-on approach to problem-solving and progress tracking
Advanced Excel skills

Technical/Functional Skills:

Strong SAP knowledge in Finance business processes, including Finance Master Data, Assets, GL, P&L reporting, WBS, Internal Orders, AP, and AR
Proven experience in Data Migration activities
