Working directly with the owner, you’ll manage critical administrative functions, maintain inventory systems, and ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities
Manage daily operational tracking and reporting using Monday.com platform
Process and organize financial documentation including receipts and billing records
Maintain and monitor inventory management systems
Prepare daily operational reports and updates for management review
Create and optimize administrative workflows and documentation processes
Support general business operations and special projects as needed
Coordinate with management to ensure operational readiness for daily activities
Assist in establishing and maintaining organizational systems during the crucial launch phaseLead the recruitment and onboarding of staff to operate the restaurant, with a strong focus on building the initial team during the launch phase.
