Automation Support Specialist (Freelance – Remote)

Location: Sarasota, FL (Remote OK)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot real-time platform issues and automation bugs
Build automations using Python, JavaScript, Zapier, Make, and REST APIs
Document all solutions with clear write-ups or Loom videos
Collaborate with a remote team asynchronously
Own quarterly projects (called “Rocks”) with $200 bonuses for on-time delivery
Improve internal tools and workflows between support tasks

Requirements

Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
Comfortable working with APIs, Python, JavaScript, and JSON
Familiarity with SaaS platforms and integrations
Strong problem-solving and self-management skills
