People Operations Associate

📍 Location: Remote, based anywhere!
⏳ Work Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)

Turn Your Operations Expertise into Mission-Driven Impact

At CitizenGO, we are defending life, family, and freedom around the world—and winning. Our campaigns are only as strong as the team behind them, and that’s where you come in!

We’re looking for a service-minded, detail-oriented, and mission-aligned People Operations Associate to help deliver an excellent experience for our global team. From onboarding to internal communication to learning & development, this is a people-first role with real-world impact. Your work will shape how our team members feel supported, seen, and equipped to do their best work—it’s a chance to help shape the systems and culture that empower our global team to thrive.

About the Role

As People Operations Associate,  you’ll provide vital support to team members across the organization. You’ll respond to questions, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain a strong, values-aligned team culture. You’ll work closely with the People Operations team, the Director of Operations, and collaborate with our global Operations team.

Alongside our People Operations Officer, you’ll be responsible for everything from onboarding and contracts to benefits, compliance, and culture. You’ll manage details with precision, but also zoom out to improve systems, support leaders, and create an excellent experience for our global team.

This is a high-trust, high-impact role that requires initiative, discretion, and a commitment to our values.

Why Join CitizenGO?

At CitizenGO, you will be part of a dynamic, mission-driven team committed to creating real change. Here are the top 10 reasons why working with us is a unique and rewarding experience:

  1. Make an Impact: Your work will directly contribute to defending life, family, and freedom on a global scale.
  2. We’re Winning: You will join a successful team! Our campaigning works, and we’re changing politics and policies across the world. Check out some of our recent victories here
  3. Bold Tactics: From petitions to street rallies, we employ bold, effective strategies to win.
  4. Independent Strategy: Our actions are driven by our members, not large funders, ensuring we prioritize what’s best for the world.
  5. Fearless in the Face of Opposition: We thrive in challenging environments, fearlessly facing off against powerful adversaries without backing down.
  6. Inspiring Teammates: You will work alongside helpful, kind, motivated, and talented individuals who share your values.
  7. Remote Flexibility: You will enjoy the freedom to work from anywhere, eliminating commutes and allowing you the flexibility to travel and live on your terms.
  8. Flexible Hours: You will benefit from adaptable work hours, ensuring you can be there for others and manage your day as you see fit.
  9. Connected Community: Though fully remote, our team fosters a strong sense of camaraderie.
  10. Results-Focused Culture: We prioritize efficiency and impact, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic.
