What You'll Do
  • Masterfully manage complex calendars, scheduling, and coordinating high-stakes meetings and travel plans
  • Craft and polish correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring each document is compelling and precise
  • Serve as the go-to liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners, fostering seamless communication
  • Take charge of special projects, guiding them from inception to successful completion while aligning with our strategic vision
  • Conduct in-depth research and prepare insightful briefings to empower our executives' decision-making
  • Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information, creating a trustful environment
  • Streamline the executive office's operations by managing supplies, technology, and administrative support staff
  • Guide and mentor junior administrative team members, nurturing a collaborative atmosphere

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience supporting senior executives as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Top-notch organizational and time management skills, with a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that captivate your audience
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Quickbooks
  • Home Service CMR experience Ex. Service Titan/Housecall Pro
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities gracefully under pressure while maintaining impeccable accuracy
  • Understanding of corporate governance and organizational structures
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • A proactive attitude and sharp problem-solving skills, along with keen attention to detail
  • Great interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit that thrives in a team environment
