Job description

We’re looking for an experienced learning designer or subject matter expert to design engaging, high-impact learning experiences for a client in the banking space.

Course : Strategic Business Vision in Technology

Objective: Help tech professionals bridge the gap between technology and business, and position themselves as strategic enablers of innovation.

Topics should include:

  • Translating tech challenges into business opportunities
  • Tech as a growth driver and innovation enabler
  • Tech-business strategic alignment
  • Agile thinking and experimentation
  • Influence without authority
  • Storytelling, KPIs, and stakeholder management

Requirements & Deliverables:

  • Should total up to 12 hours of content (can be less if impactful, but should not be more)
  • Must be 90% asynchronous, with video as a strong format
  • Will include interactive elements: quizzes, toolkits, reflections, mini-cases, gamified activities
  • Will be hosted on the client’s Dojo LXP (based on Cornerstone)
  • Will include sync masterclasses delivered by the client’s internal experts (can be recorded)

Also required:

  • A welcome video/guide to set expectations and inspire engagement
  • Use of Cornerstone gamification features (badges, groups, community tools)
  • A closing session/module to reflect, recognize, and reinforce key learning


What we’re asking from you:

We’d love your help in designing a lean syllabus, typically a 1-pager that includes:

  • Course title and objective
  • A high-level module breakdown (3–5 sections)
  • Core learning outcomes for each section

In addition to the above, we’re also asking for:

  • The media formats you’d propose (e.g. approx. hours of video, interactive content, quizzes, toolkits)
  • A suggested gamification strategy using Cornerstone features (badges, challenges, quizzes, etc.)
  • A rough effort estimate for content development (ballpark in days or hours)


For now, language is not a constraint; we’ll be working in English for the proposal, but the content will have to be in English, Brazilian Portuguese, and Spanish.
