Responsibilities
Manage financial records using QuickBooks
Handle account reconciliation and recording of financial transactions
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
Assist with payroll preparation and management
Handle invoicing for clients
Requirements
Proven experience in bookkeeping, preferably for small businesses
Proficiency in QuickBooks and NetSuite
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
