Responsibilities

Configure and optimize GoHighLevel CRM workflows to streamline client communications and business processes
Design and implement automated notification systems for client and partner communications
Create and maintain email workflows and communication templates
Monitor loan status updates and coordinate with processing team on critical items
Design basic marketing materials using Canva for social media presence
Manage executive email inboxes and handle correspondence professionally
Track loan file statuses and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders
Assist with basic Google Ads management and optimization
Support multiple executives with administrative tasks and calendar management
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization

Requirements

Proven experience with CRM systems, GoHighLevel experience is a plus
Strong technical aptitude and demonstrated ability to learn new software systems quickly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools
Working knowledge of social media marketing principles
