Job Title: Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Media Buyer & + Social Media Manager (secondary duties)
Location: Remote
Schedule: Flexible within client's business hours Lakeville, MN, 20 hours/week

Position Summary
We are seeking a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Media Buyer & GHL Specialist to take full ownership of our paid social media campaigns and lead funnel automation. This role blends performance marketing with technical implementation inside HighLevel. You will be responsible for launching, monitoring, and optimizing ad campaigns, crafting compelling creatives and copy, managing Facebook Lead Forms, and integrating everything seamlessly with HighLevel workflows and booking systems. You’ll serve as our in-house performance marketing expert and act as the central point of communication for campaign strategy and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Meta Ad Campaign Management
a. Build, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram campaigns for both Alpha 1 Personal Training and Snap Fitness
b. Monitor and optimize key metrics: leads, CPL, reach, frequency, CTR, and conversions
c. Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, formats, and audience segments
d. Report weekly on ad performance, trends, and recommended optimizations

Ad Copywriting & Creative Development
a. Write high-converting, brand-aligned ad copy
b. Develop visual creatives for paid campaigns in coordination with design tools or creative partners
c. Regularly update creatives to prevent ad fatigue and stay aligned with seasonal offers

Social Media Management (Organic)
a. Plan, create, and publish 2–3 content pieces per week across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
b. Create content aligned with fitness promotions, client success stories, facility highlights, and wellness tips
c. Monitor engagement and respond to comments, messages, or mentions in a timely and brand-consistent manner
d. Stay on top of current trends in fitness content, reels, and social storytelling

Collaboration & Strategy
a. Join weekly marketing meetings with leadership to discuss ad and content performance
b. Provide insight and recommendations for monthly campaign planning and promotions
c. Coordinate with team members to align organic content with paid strategy and facility-level events

General Ad Operations
a. Maintain organized documentation of ad creatives, campaign history, and social content calendars
b. Keep up with platform updates, compliance changes, and new opportunities for campaign types
c. Operate with the professionalism and precision of a traditional ad agency while embedded in an in-house team

Requirements
Qualifications
a. 2+ years experience in Facebook/Instagram paid advertising (media buying)
b. Proven experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL), especially with workflows, calendars, and form integrations
c. Strong analytical skills and experience reading and acting on campaign  performance data
d. High proficiency in Ads Manager and GHL’s CRM/automation systems
e. Excellent copywriting and creative thinking abilities
f. Familiarity with the fitness industry is a plus
g. Self-starter with strong communication and time management skills
h. Comfortable working remotely and independently, with weekly virtual team collaboration
