Job Description

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records for a portfolio of 10-15 clients using QuickBooks Online
  
• Process and categorize daily banking transactions through automated feed systems
  
• Perform detailed monthly bank reconciliations ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  
• Monitor and clear banking feeds regularly to maintain up-to-date financial records
  
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data
  
• Apply consistent accounting principles across multiple client accounts
  
• Maintain organized documentation for all financial transactions
  
• Collaborate with senior accounting staff to ensure accuracy and compliance
  

Requirements

• Proven experience with QuickBooks Online and cloud-based accounting systems
  
• Strong understanding of U.S. accounting principles and tax requirements
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
  
• Professional written and verbal communication skills in English
