Job description

This is a remote position.

Working Schedule:

  • Timezone: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST.

This is a support role focused primarily on link management and basic assistant tasks related to digital content and email marketing. Responsibilities include:

  1. Newsletter Monetization Support

    • Create affiliate and tracking links for products, services, and content mentions.

    • Insert appropriate links into newsletter drafts using Beehiiv or similar platforms.

    • Maintain a spreadsheet or database of all affiliate links, partners, and performance tracking.

    • Double-check all outbound links for accuracy, correct formatting, and functionality.

    • Help source new affiliate programs or partner links as needed.

  2. Administrative Support

    • Assist with formatting weekly newsletter drafts (basic layout and structure).

    • Organize and update shared documents (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Notion, etc.).

    • Perform light research (e.g., best products to link to, updated pricing, etc.).

    • Assist in project coordination and management of small tasks.

    • Handle occasional scheduling or calendar management requests.

  3. Other Assistant Duties

    • Monitor links post-send and flag any errors or changes.

    • Help document internal workflows and SOPs.

    • Respond to internal email requests or follow-up items as directed.



Requirements
  • Extremely high attention to detail – this is a non-negotiable. You’ll be working with live links, paid partnerships, and time-sensitive newsletters, where accuracy is critical.
  • Experience in digital content support – familiarity with email platforms like Beehiiv, Substack, or Mailchimp is a plus.
  • Comfort with spreadsheets and link tracking – must be organized and methodical in your work.
  • Fast and reliable communication – we work quickly and need someone who can respond clearly and in a timely manner.
  • Self-directed and tech-savvy – able to learn and navigate new tools without heavy supervision.
  • Trustworthy and dependable – we need someone who treats small tasks with the same care as big ones.
  • Bonus: Experience with affiliate marketing, SEO, or newsletter publishing.
