Job Description As a Junior Bookkeeper, you’ll be at the forefront of financial operations for an established natural cosmetics brand. You’ll handle crucial tasks that keep the business running smoothly, from invoice processing to expense management. Responsibilities
Process supplier invoices and manage supplier inquiries
Reconcile employee expenses monthly
Handle credit card processing and reconciliation
Post commercial invoices to customer portals for major retailers
Support statement reconciliations
Assist with fixed asset and intangible asset ledger reconciliations
Perform general bookkeeping duties using Sage 200 software
Requirements
Experience with Sage 200 accounting software is a plus. The client will provide training for the said software.
Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Self-motivated with effective time management skills
Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
Familiarity with UK accounting standards (preferred)
Ability to work remotely and collaborate with a UK-based finance team
