Part-time | Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description:
Our client is looking for a tech-savvy and enthusiastic Digital Assistant to join their growing team. This exciting role is ideal for someone with a flair for digital content, a meticulous eye for detail, and a proactive attitude. You'll be involved in a diverse range of projects—from updating websites to managing social media, creating email newsletters, and assisting with client proposals. If you’re ambitious, adaptable, and thrive in a checklist-driven, process-oriented environment, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Support & Content Management:
    Assist with WordPress website tasks, including content filling, styling blog posts, resizing images, and implementing client feedback.

  • Monthly Website Maintenance:
    Carry out monthly security updates, server backups, and software/plugin updates (full training provided).

  • Social Media & Email Marketing:
    Create graphics and schedule posts across platforms. Build email newsletters and design templates in Brevo.

  • General Digital & Admin Tasks:
    Prepare client proposal documents, format audit reports, and carry out general admin duties as directed—always with accuracy and efficiency.




Requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with WordPress (content management, not development-heavy)

  • Familiarity with digital marketing and basic graphic design tools

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)

  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and a willingness to learn

  • Common sense, a positive attitude, and an ability to work independently

  • Experience using Trello or similar project management tools (a plus)
