Pay Range: $22.97– 47.23 hourly (depending on experience)

Are you passionate about analysis, conducting research, collaboration and being a great business partner? NFM’s Compensation Analyst could be just the position for you. In this role you will manage compensation projects and administer compensation programs for all locations. This is a part-time, remote position requiring candidates to reside in NE, IA, MO, TX, or KS.
Job Duties: A Day in the Life
Manage Serve as a resource to management and staff on pay-related policy interpretation and other pay-related issues
Develop and administer incentive plans, prepare plan documents, provide input re: incentive trends, complete research, identify eligible staff, and/or develop plan communications. Develop and maintain Pay Grade Plan guidelines and documentation
Communicate Present recommendations to executive management and implement approved changes
Analyze Research/complete various compensation projects and resolve compensation issues company wide. Research and evaluate relevant factors and make appropriate pay decisions for new hires and internal transfers
Train management and staff on compensation plans and procedures

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1-6 years Compensation experience including market pricing and writing job descriptions
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
Computer knowledge to include MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
HRIS and database experience preferred
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, or governmental regulations
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of staff
